We're looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Restaurant General Manager to lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and inspire your team, champion service excellence, and take ownership of the restaurant’s performance.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while maintaining brand and service standards
  • Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and hospitality
  • Drive financial performance through smart budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Be a visible, engaged leader—interacting with guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
  • Handle inventory, cash, and administrative tasks with precision and accountability
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where every team member feels valued
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve the business and grow sales
  • Proven experience in restaurant management with full P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Familiarity with restaurant performance metrics, labor controls, and food safety standards
  • Ability to lead by example with integrity, reliability, and a guest-first mindset
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Passion for creating a positive team environment and delivering exceptional hospitality
