What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in fast casual or quick service dining
- A true passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
- Strong operational knowledge and ability to manage day-to-day restaurant functions
- Solid grasp of restaurant financials and performance metrics
