Executive Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Experience overseeing a sales volume of $3-10 million
- Expertise in a scratch kitchen environment
- Proven ability in menu creation and development
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient in financial management and cost control
