Director of Operations – Fast-Growing Beverage Brand | Minnesota

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in food, QSR, or retail
- Strong command of store-level KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, P&L, guest experience)
- Hands-on leader who’s not afraid to jump on the line
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire hourly teams — especially teens and young adults
- Sharp operator with a passion for consistency and team culture
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Minnesota
- Willingness to travel regularly between stores
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and elevate daily ops across 12+ locations
- Be a visible, trusted presence in stores — coaching, motivating, and mentoring
- Build up strong Store Manager partnerships to drive performance and retention
- Own operational excellence: SOPs, systems, training, compliance, and guest satisfaction
- Lead new store openings and team development
- Collaborate with partner locations in Colorado and Florida to share best practices
