The Deal:
- Up to $75K Base + Aggressive Performance Bonuses – Earn your spot and your paycheck

You Better Bring:
- 3–5 years of no-BS experience in high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Culinary degree preferred, but fire in your gut is mandatory

- Zero tolerance for excuses—you break through, not break down
