We are hiring a dynamic Remote, US based sales leader, to be the face of a company based overseas in the outsourced accounting space. This person will be the face of the company here in the US, at conferences and selling across their target industries. This is a rare opportunity to lead sales efforts in the U.S. for one of India’s fastest-growing accounting and consulting outsourcing firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: 100% focus on new client wins. Once onboarded, our India-based teams will be handling all the service delivery and client success management
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of U.S.-based firms seeking outsourced accounting and finance talent
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute GTM plans, optimize outbound campaigns, and lead generation efforts
  • Industry Conferences: Collaborate with leadership to refine our conference roadmap. Leverage our two years of active participation to represent Windy Street across key industry events

Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of experience in B2B services sales, ideally selling to CPA firms, consulting firms, or SMBs
  • Proven experience working in and selling to the multiunit franchisee space
  • Comfortable building a sales engine from scratch
  • Strong digital presence on platforms such as LinkedIn
