National Sales Manager –

Ready to lead and build something big? This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with a top manufacturer and exporter of disposable tableware, kitchenware, and containers expanding across North America. We’re hiring a National Sales Manager with sharp prospecting skills and a proven ability to forge strong relationships across the industry. You'll drive sales to key channels: distributors, wholesalers, retail grocery chains, national dining and hospitality brands, aviation food service providers, etc. and have the chance to build and lead your own high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

·        Guide the professional practices in the whole business line, including but not limited to product specifications our customer requires.

·        New product line creation and development.

·        Identify, recruit, develop, and manage top sales talent.

·        Mentor team members to help them achieve individual & team objectives.

Qualifications:

·        MUST have disposable tableware and food container industry sales experience and customer resources.

·        Strong customer relationships on the East Coast.

·        Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized with entrepreneurial spirit, with up to 50% travel required.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (in Business)

·        Minimum of 5+ years’ direct sales experience in the Food service & Packaging Industry.

·        Trade show experience a plus.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin highly preferred).
