Sales Operations Manager

A culture-oriented company in the real estate industry in Southern Utah is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead sales enablement, strengthen performance accountability, and drive successful partnerships across a variety of real estate sales teams. This is not a front-line sales role—it’s a leadership position focused on operational excellence, coaching, and relationship management.

Sales Operations Manager Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, team management, or real estate leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate space and builder/developer cycles (preferred, but not required)
  • Track record of coaching and supporting sales professionals to meet performance goals
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and lead management tools
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, able to drive results independently in a dynamic environment

Sales Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of diverse sales teams handling internal lead pipelines, residential developments, and builder/developer partnerships
  • Coach agents regularly to improve pipeline conversion, follow-up coaching, and individual accountability
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics such as lead flow, deal progress, and agent performance to identify areas for coaching or operational improvement
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for builder and developer partners—ensuring consistent communication, alignment on goals, and follow-through on commitments
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to align campaigns with sales activities and expand builder partnerships
  • Own and optimize systems, tools, and reporting frameworks for tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and operational bottlenecks
