We’re searching for a passionate, driven Executive Chef to lead a brand-new, upscale concept in Madison, WI. This is a multi-outlet venue with serious culinary ambition, ideal for a chef who thrives in a high-touch, high-expectation environment. Executive Chef Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations for a multi-outlet, fine dining venue
- Assist with menu creation, execution, and consistency
- Hire, train, and mentor BOH team in alignment with brand standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and sanitation exceed expectations
- Collaborate closely with FOH leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Manage all kitchen financials, including food cost and labor targets
- Prior new restaurant opening experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years in an Executive Chef role in a similar upscale environment
