Corporate Sr. Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- Oversee multiple locations to ensure consistency and quality, including commissary kitchen
- Work with the Executive Chef on menu development, implementation of SOPs, streamlining production
- Mentor and develop team members, including training
- Worked in high-volume settings: including grab-n-go and prepped food items
Corporate Sr. Sous Chef Background & Skills:
- Good tenure, no job hoppers
- Strong leadership skills, including HR
- Strong administrative skills: financials, scheduling, training, etc
- Strong passion for food, skilled plating and presentation
