Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual Spanish required
- A licensed attorney in the state of California preferred
- Experiencing supervising and leading teams strongly preferred
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to distill information effectively to clients and attorneys
- Must be empathetic, display strong interpersonal skills and engender client trust
- Must have exceptional organizational skills to manage intake pipeline from beginning to end, for both internal and external referrals
- Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and exhibit high degree of resourcefulness
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
