Our client is looking for a Commercial Properties Attorney that specializes in leasing. This site based role may allow for one day a week WFH once established. This opportunity offers growth potential within one of the nation's top real estate law firms.
Attorney – Commercial Leasing Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases and related documents.
- Coordinate with departments to meet deadlines, handle legal matters, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Assist the AVP and team
Attorney – Commercial Leasing Requirements:
- J.D. in Maryland or eligibility to obtain, meeting all compliance standards for MD Bar admission
- At least 3 years or more experience in transactional law, with a strong focus on commercial leasing
- Experienced with LexisNexis, Maryland Land Records, and SDAT
- Advance analytical, research, written communication and documentation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, leader
