We’re hiring a high-impact Home Furnishings and Furniture General Manager in Dayton, OH. This role leads a team of commission-based Sales Managers and is fully accountable for store performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

General Manager Benefits/Compensation

General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Managers to meet monthly and annual sales goals
  • Drive a culture of coaching, accountability, and daily selling excellence
  • Manage scheduling, training, hiring, and performance reviews
  • Maintain showroom presentation and ensure promotion accuracy
  • 5–7 years of retail sales or customer-facing management experience required
  • Must be open to working a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
