Calling all skilled culinary chefs! We are seeking a dedicated Executive Chef with a deep passion for cooking and a strong ability to lead our kitchen team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in kitchen management, including organizing high-output production lines. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing labor and food cost targets, managing staff schedules, and implementing effective purchasing and inventory systems. We are looking for a strategic leader with solid financial acumen who is ready to excel in this role. Executive Chef Requirements:
- A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is required.
- Significant experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale dining environment, with a background in managing multi-million-dollar operations.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for long durations.
- Willing to commit to a 45-hour work week with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- ServSafe Certification is mandatory.
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Food and Alcohol Safety protocols.
