Catering Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This role focuses on selling and coordinating weddings, social events, and corporate gatherings, ensuring flawless execution from inquiry to event day.

  • Base salary of $50k to $55k + Commision paid monthly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive catering revenue through proactive sales, targeting weddings, social events, and small meetings
  • Conduct site visits, tastings, and client consultations
  • Manage all event details: proposals, contracts, BEOs, invoices, room blocks, and diagrams
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Use Amadeus to manage bookings and track sales activity
  • Support small group business and handle event turnovers from the Sales team

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in catering sales or event planning (luxury or hotel setting preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
  • Experience with Amadeus, Opera Cloud, or similar systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
