A renowned restaurant group is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its team. Located in the heart of the French Quarter, our elevated dining establishment offers exceptional cuisine and drinks in a refined setting. The position requires a five-day workweek, averaging 50 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high service standards with strong emphasis on operational systems
- Support the General Manager in overseeing financial performance
- Champion your team by proactively addressing challenges
- Demonstrate expertise in food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Lead guest interactions by being a visible presence on the floor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in restaurant leadership roles
- At least 2 years in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Strong commitment to team development and guest satisfaction
