Hospitality Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, guest services, or resort operations

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; capable of managing scheduling, payroll, and billing accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to lead sales-driven teams, oversee beach operations, and ensure 5-star service aligned with hotel brand standards

• Must provide daily hands-on support across multiple on-site locations including beach huts, dock areas, and lobby-based desks

Property Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in resort, luxury hotel, or marine/water sports operations is a plus

• Strong communication and people management skills, with a lead-by-example attitude and proactive approach to guest needs and team development
