Become part of a top-tier school bus manufacturer dedicated to safety, excellence, and sustainable energy solutions. We’re seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our production processes and drive engineering advancements throughout our operations.
Senior Production Manufacturing Engineer – Your Role
- Offer technical expertise to support production lines (tooling, labor standards, material frameworks)
- Evaluate design updates through the PLM system and determine their impact on manufacturing
- Enhance processes using tools like SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
- Create compelling business cases and draft AFEs to secure project funding
- Operate within an ISO 9000 quality framework, delivering compliant documentation
Production Manufacturing Engineer – Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
- At least 7 years of manufacturing experience (automotive background a plus)
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and familiar with bus/chassis assembly
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project
