Become part of a top-tier school bus manufacturer dedicated to safety, excellence, and sustainable energy solutions. We’re seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our production processes and drive engineering advancements throughout our operations.

Senior Production Manufacturing Engineer – Your Role

  • Offer technical expertise to support production lines (tooling, labor standards, material frameworks)
  • Evaluate design updates through the PLM system and determine their impact on manufacturing
  • Enhance processes using tools like SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
  • Create compelling business cases and draft AFEs to secure project funding
  • Operate within an ISO 9000 quality framework, delivering compliant documentation

Production Manufacturing Engineer – Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline
  • At least 7 years of manufacturing experience (automotive background a plus)
  • Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and familiar with bus/chassis assembly
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Project
