The Associate Director of Maintenance & Facilities oversees all maintenance and reliability functions at our Greenville, NC site, ensuring safety, efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site Maintenance, Facility, and Reliability activities.
  • Address and prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Supervise and develop the Maintenance/Reliability team.
  • Ensure equipment readiness and optimal performance.
  • Manage spare parts, preventive maintenance, and CMMS.
  • Track key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Control maintenance costs within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 10+ years in process manufacturing, 5+ in maintenance leadership.
  • Expertise in plant maintenance, reliability, and automation.
  • Experience with TPM, CMMS, and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience in high-speed, process-driven environments.
  • CMRP, CRL, Six Sigma Green Belt.
