The Associate Director of Maintenance & Facilities oversees all maintenance and reliability functions at our Greenville, NC site, ensuring safety, efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site Maintenance, Facility, and Reliability activities.
- Address and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Supervise and develop the Maintenance/Reliability team.
- Ensure equipment readiness and optimal performance.
- Manage spare parts, preventive maintenance, and CMMS.
- Track key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Control maintenance costs within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10+ years in process manufacturing, 5+ in maintenance leadership.
- Expertise in plant maintenance, reliability, and automation.
- Experience with TPM, CMMS, and predictive maintenance.
- Experience in high-speed, process-driven environments.
- CMRP, CRL, Six Sigma Green Belt.
