Join a leading North American automobile manufacturer committed to safety, quality, and cleaner energy solutions. We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and support engineering changes across our assembly operations.

Manufacturing Engineer – Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for production lines (tooling, work instructions, material flow, and labor standards).
Review design changes in the PLM system, assess manufacturing impacts, and coordinate smooth implementation.
Drive continuous improvement using SPC, basic PFMEA, control plans, and structured root-cause analysis.
Prepare concise business cases and assist with capital-funding requests (AFEs) for new equipment or tooling.
Create and maintain ISO 9000–compliant documentation to satisfy internal and external audit requirements.

Manufacturing Engineer – Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
3 + years of manufacturing or industrial-engineering experience (automotive or vehicle assembly required).
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand chassis/body assembly principles.
Strong project-planning, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Project.
