We are searching for a highly motivated and strategic University Registrar to lead student registration, oversee academic records, and ensure compliance with institutional policies. This critical leadership role is key to maintaining data integrity and enhancing student success. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student registration, academic records, transfer evaluations, and graduation processes.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA, FIPA, GDPR, Title IX, and accreditation regulations.
- Manage student information systems, data security, and institutional reporting.
- Supervise and develop registrar staff, optimize processes, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate across departments to drive student recruitment, retention, and academic integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a registrar’s office with leadership experience with Bachelor's or 7+ years with Master's.
- Expertise in student information systems (Campus Nexus preferred) and data management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Commitment to compliance, data integrity, and student success.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
