We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will provide thoughtful analysis, feedback, and guidance on strategic initiatives to Senior Leadership. Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Engage with and provide analysis/decision support to Senior Leadership
Create and develop forecasts, models, and reports as needed
Build and maintain reporting analysis for the company’s lenders
Monitor financial performance, research variances, and identify risks and opportunities
Proactively and effectively communicate financial information to executive-level leadership and develop executive-level presentations.

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or analytics-related area
3+ years experience in finance or analytics-related role within the legal industry
Strong critical thinking and skills, as well as written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to develop financial models to evaluate projects, revenue streams, etc.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
