An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Finance to join a premier resort and real estate destination in Central Oregon. This role is ideal for a strategic financial leader with a deep understanding of both hospitality and real estate operations.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of high level accounting experience in hospitality, with 2 additional in real estate
· Experience in a private club environment
· Proficiency in financial reporting, FP&A, cost control and possessing strong leadership skills
· High proficiency with accounting software and Excel
· Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related (MBA preferred)
Key responsibilities:
· Oversee accounting department and all related activities including month/year end closings, tax reporting, budgeting, audits, etc.
· Train, mentor and develop staff
· Ensure compliance and consistency across financial operations
· Protect company, maintain accounting controls, identify, assess and mitigate risk
Compensation & benefits:
