Physical Therapist – Early Intervention

Physical Therapist – Early Intervention Benefits & Compensation

  • Flexible full-time and part-time schedules (minimum 20 hours/week)

Physical Therapist – Early Intervention Requirements & Qualifications

  • Current state Physical Therapist license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize clinical caseload independently
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across disciplines
  • Computer proficiency (Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs, and database management)
  • Ability to lift and move children up to 40 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual abilities a plus

Physical Therapist – Early Intervention Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide home and community-based therapy services for children birth to 3 years old
  • Engage and empower caregivers with parent coaching to maximize each child’s development
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams and collaborative meetings
  • Facilitate playgroups and support developmental evaluations as needed
  • Document progress and maintain ongoing communication with families and team members
