A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a concierge-style practice focused on preventive and longevity medicine.

This full-time opportunity offers a highly personalized care model with smaller patient panels, extended visit times, and strong operational support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.

Primary Care Physician – Key Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on personalized, preventive care
Conduct extended, in-depth patient consultations and assessments
Develop individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness
Utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions
Collaborate with clinical leadership on care protocols and best practices
Maintain responsive communication and high-touch patient engagement

Qualifications

MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
Board-certified or board-eligible
Minimum 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
Active or eligible for state medical licensure
Strong interest in preventive, longevity, and patient-centered care
Comfortable leveraging technology and data-driven healthcare tools

Compensation & Highlights

Base salary starting at $300K with significant performance-based upside
Total compensation potential up to $550K+
Smaller patient panel (approx. 150 patients max)
Extended visit model with a focus on quality over volume
Minimal administrative burden with strong operational and clinical support
