Executive Meeting Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in closing business and managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Executive Meeting Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Executive Meeting Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Solicit, negotiate, and confirm new and repeat business to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and execute sales contracts, event orders, and group resumes.
  • Coordinate all function details with clients, including space requirements and billing.
  • Follow up on leads through various channels such as telemarketing and internet prospecting.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality product delivery.
