Venues and Events General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, profitability, and elevated guest experiences
• Collaborate closely with sales, culinary, and event teams to deliver seamless and memorable events
• Drive strategic planning, operational systems, and service standards to achieve financial and experiential excellence
• Foster a culture of mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement among all team members
• Communicate effectively across departments, clients, and ownership with clarity and professionalism

Venues and Events General Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of senior-level management experience overseeing multi-venue or complex operations
• Proven background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end catering/event operations
• Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational goals
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at leading diverse teams in high-profile settings
