Beverage Manager – Elevated Eatertainment Concept

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + bonus potential

Location: Alpharetta Area

Join a dynamic, high-volume sports bar and eatertainment concept where scratch cooking, craft cocktails, and social energy drive the guest experience. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, creative Beverage Manager to lead a vibrant beverage program that balances innovation, profitability, and pure hospitality.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and oversee a high-performing beverage program with a focus on cocktails, local craft beers, and guest-driven experiences
  • Manage all aspects of bar operations — purchasing, costing, inventory, scheduling, and training
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to create cohesive food and beverage pairings
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and bar managers to deliver consistent, engaging service
  • Monitor beverage metrics, implement cost controls, and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive bar promotions, events, and brand activations that create buzz and boost sales

Who You Are

  • Currently working in a multi-unit, high-volume, or sports bar concept with scratch kitchens
  • 3–5 years of beverage management experience in a dynamic, guest-centric environment
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and operational systems
  • Energetic, engaging, and detail-oriented with strong financial and leadership skills
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000
  • Performance-based bonus (plan under development)
