Operations Manager – Elevated Eatertainment Concept

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + bonus potential

Location: Alpharetta Area

An innovative, high-energy hospitality brand is seeking an Operations Manager to help lead a premier sports bar and Eatertainment venue known for scratch cooking, craft cocktails, and unforgettable social experiences. This role is ideal for a results-driven operator ready to take the next step in leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across front-of-house, bar, and kitchen to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction
  • Support and train department leads while maintaining accountability for financial and operational performance
  • Implement and maintain high service and safety standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to maintain consistency and excellence in execution
  • Analyze cost structures, optimize labor, and identify process improvements
  • Foster a high-energy, positive culture that reflects pride and professionalism

Who You Are

  • Currently employed in a sports bar, polished casual, or eatertainment environment
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Knowledgeable in running restaurant operations, inventory control, and service excellence
  • Hands-on, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and leadership presence with a focus on mentorship and growth

Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000
  • Performance-based bonus (structure in progress)
  • Paid time off, relocation assistance available
