Corporate Executive Chef – Dallas

Join a trendy and stable restaurant group as they seek an experienced chef with multi-unit experience to lead their culinary operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the culinary direction of the organization while working with upscale, made-from-scratch cuisine. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply.

Corporate Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary in the $140-150k range.

Corporate Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in European cuisine, particularly upscale Italian.
  • Some administrative skills required, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen leadership.

Corporate Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support multiple chefs and oversee daily back-of-the-house operations in collaboration with restaurant general managers and the VP of Operations.
  • Ensure all kitchen functionality elements are in place and performing at acceptable levels.
  • Play an active role in the development and management of new restaurant locations as growth dictates.
  • Maintain company standards on cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen recipes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure all restaurants maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and food storage areas.
  • Manage costs and collaborate with company chefs and general managers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
