General Manager
Bar-Centric Restaurant Group
Are you the mayor of the dining room — someone who thrives in high-energy environments, connects naturally with guests, and builds exceptional teams? We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to join a growing, bar-centric restaurant concept.
This concept celebrates fresh, high-quality local ingredients crafted into vibrant small plates that pair perfectly with an award-winning beverage program. Dinner only, with a lively weekend brunch scene — the kind of place where energy, authenticity, and connection define the experience.
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader who brings energy, warmth, and personality to every shift
- Strong P&L management skills with full financial accountability
- A team builder who develops and inspires people through coaching and culture
- A strong communicator with solid food knowledge who collaborates seamlessly with chefs
- Someone who takes pride in every detail, living by the motto: “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
Not the right fit: candidates from old-school fine dining, hotel, or banquet backgrounds.
Schedule: Dinner-only operation (approximately 55 hours per week) with weekend brunch. This is a late-night, high-volume, guest-driven concept.
