District Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • 3 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays
  • Majority employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Uncapped commission structure, with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 annually

District Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outside sales with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to small, independent business owners and retailers
  • Go-getter mentality with the ability to develop relationships quickly within a short sales cycle
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume sales role with the autonomy to achieve results
  • Strong customer service mentality to ensure the best service for clients

District Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a similar industry or market
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
