Director of Security – Hospitality & Commercial Spaces

Take the lead in shaping security operations across high-rise workspaces and vibrant nightlife venues in NYC. You'll manage risk, lead a diverse security team, and ensure smooth, guest-friendly safety protocols across multiple properties. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Director of Security Requirements & Qualifications

  • 7+ years in security management across commercial real estate and high end hospitality
  • Proven leadership of large, multi-site security teams
  • Deep knowledge of NYC building codes, life safety, and emergency protocols
  • Experience with access control, surveillance, and visitor management systems
  • NYS Security Guard License required; FLSD certification preferred

Director of Security Preferred Background & Skills

  • Background in boutique hotel or private club security operations
  • Crisis management or emergency response certification
  • Multilingual communication skills
