We are looking for a scrappy, highly engaged, hands-on Multi Unit Leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a fast casual background with some corporate and independent experience. Let's speak over this opportunity.
Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
- The Go-To individual in the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
- Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
- Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders
Leader Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years in a multi-unit leadership capacity
- Prior experience overseeing 5 or more locations.
- Reliable transport and valid Drivers License
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish
- Strong catering background and knowledge
Leader Benefits:
- A base salary of $100-$115K
- Stipend to cover health insurance.
- Two weeks of Paid Time Off plus Sick Days
