General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Training and development of staff.
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality.
- Maintain food safety/sanitation standards.
- Working through and with your team to achieve the goals.
- Motivating everyone through encouraging positive personality!
- Positive career tenure.
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager.
- Full-Service Restaurant experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of budget management/financials.
