Our client, a luxury hotel in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Banquet Chef to oversee high-volume banquet operations with precision, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Banquet Chef Compensation & Benefits:

Banquet Chef Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in a Banquet Chef role at a 5 diamond property
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale events

Banquet Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support banquet kitchen staff
  • Accurately interpret and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Collaborate effectively with culinary, service, and event teams
  • Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and luxury standards
