Footwear Buyer – Men's

Comp: $130K–$140K base + 20% bonus

Join a fast-moving, high-performance retail organization leading the Western footwear category. This role puts you in control of a high-volume footwear business, shaping strategy across stores and e-commerce while driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coach merchandising associates to hit aggressive financial and talent goals
Own multi-category footwear strategy across retail and e-commerce channels
Develop and execute assortment plans that optimize style mix, pricing, and margins
Partner with Planning to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turnover
Analyze trends, monitor competition, negotiate with vendors, and travel as needed

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years progressive retail buying experience, preferably in footwear
2+ years leading merchandising teams
Deep knowledge of Western/work footwear brands, private label assortment, KPIs, and financials
Strong negotiation skills and ability to travel up to 20%
