Marketing Director

Marketing Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically within restaurant groups.
- Proven track record of managing direct reports.
- Strong expertise in budget management and ROI reporting.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including CRM, SEO/SEM, social media, influencer marketing, PR, promotions, and events.
Marketing Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong ability to interpret analytics and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Asana/Basecamp, HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
Marketing Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Oversee budget allocation and ROI reporting to ensure effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional events and campaigns.
