Our Southern California-based client is seeking a skilled and passionate Prosthodontist to join their clinician-owned, private equity-backed practice, with the opportunity to become a partner within 1-2 years. Our high-caliber client's mission is to replace teeth and restore confidence in one day, offering patients first-rate care with full clinical autonomy. You’ll lead a dedicated team of 10-15 employees, collaborate with referring dentists, and help drive the future of prosthodontics in one of our Southern California locations.

Prosthodontist Responsibilities:

  • Guide patients through the full-arch restoration process.
  • Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans using CBCT scans and high-quality patient records.
  • Provide surgical and prosthetic expertise in the GPS procedure, including transformation day and final prosthesis delivery.
  • Conduct thorough consultations, understanding each patient’s goals, challenges, and expectations.
  • Educate and support referring dentists through study clubs, continuing education, and hands-on guidance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, problem-solving meetings, and one-on-one coaching with team members.
  • Maintain a high standard of care while enjoying full clinical autonomy to make the best decisions for your patients.

Prosthodontist Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD degree and a completed Prosthodontics residency from an accredited program.
  • Active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one before the office opens).
  • Expertise in full-arch dental implant restorations and comprehensive prosthodontic treatments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for patient education and engagement.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
  • Commitment to lifelong learning, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement.
  • Interest in practice ownership and long-term growth, with a clear path to partnership within 1-2 years.

Prosthodontist Compensation:

  • Base pay $360,000 and bonuses
  • Total compensation opportunity up to $500k+, no cap
  • 3 weeks vacation and sick days
  • 4 days work week: Monday – Thursday
  • 16 days in the clinic a month
  • Tremendously outstanding family culture across this client's 8 Southern California offices.
