Executive Director-Benefits and Compensation

Executive Director-Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury apartments, active adult living, or senior housing
- Strong background in sales, leasing, and occupancy strategy with proven success in lead conversion
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including concierge, leasing, maintenance, and lifestyle staff
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and operational needs
Executive Director-Preferred Background and Skill
- Highly visible, hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build resident relationships, resolve concerns, and foster community satisfaction
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, vendor negotiations, and cost management
- Passion for delivering lifestyle-focused programming tailored to active, independent 55+ residents
