Executive Director – Requirements and Qualifications:
- Licensed Administrator in good standing and is already certified or able to be certified in Virginia
- 3+ years as an Executive Director or Administrator in a large facility over 200 rooms
- Experience working skilled care and senior living
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Oversee compliance with all local, state and federal agency policies and procedures
- Share a passion for quality care and service excellence
- Provide a safe and happy home for residents and their families
