WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Currently working in a GM role for at least 2 years in a full service restaurant
- Solid financial acumen
- Strong leadership and team building skills
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Help Area Manager run the day to day operations
- Develop your staff
- Responsible for P&L, inventory and ordering
