Restaurant General Manager – Brick Township, NJ

We're looking for a driven and hospitality-focused leader to step into the role of Restaurant General Manager. What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $65,000 plus performance-based bonuses paid every four weeks (13 times annually)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within high-volume or full-service dining establishments
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and motivating effective teams
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, including profit/loss management and cost control
  • Capable of managing daily tasks such as staffing, inventory, and service delivery
  • Hands-on leader who fosters an outstanding service environment through active floor presence

Bonus Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with scheduling software, vendor coordination, and internal communication platforms
  • Collaborative manager who leads with integrity, encourages team accountability, and uplifts morale
