Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure smooth, efficient production and on-time delivery!
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime!
- Supervise and coach production and quality assurance teams, fostering a high-performance culture!
- Collaborate across departments, procurement, supply chain, and more, to ensure seamless workflows and timely product delivery!
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods; perform regular stock checks and ensure adequate supply!
- Enforce safety standards and conduct routine safety inspections to maintain a safe work environment!
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)!
- Monitor key metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost!
- Create, refine, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent production quality!
- Support innovation by working with R&D to implement new products, technologies, and process improvements!
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility!
- Travel as needed or requested!
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by executive leadership!
Manufacturing Manager Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of manufacturing management or production leadership experience!
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop effective teams in a manufacturing setting!
- Strong background in production scheduling, inventory management, and process improvement!
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills!
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and manufacturing compliance requirements!
- Ability to use production data to make informed, strategic decisions!
- Industry experience in wellness, supplements, or similar fields is a plus!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site corporate environment, Monday-Friday!
