We’re working with a fast-growing digital organization that is hiring a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of their email strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. This fully remote role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong technical skills, deep experience in lifecycle campaigns, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work independently while collaborating cross-functionally to build, test, and optimize high-impact email programs that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Senior Email Marketing Specialist Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary in the range of $80,000–$100,000

Senior Email Marketing Specialist Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns
  • High-level proficiency in hand-coding HTML/CSS for responsive, mobile-first emails
  • Experience with ESPs such as Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze, Acoustic, or similar platforms
  • Proven success managing segmentation, list hygiene, and automated lifecycle flows
  • Strong grasp of deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Senior Email Marketing Specialist Preferred Background:

  • Familiarity with deliverability tools such as Everest, SendForensics, or Send Rep
  • Experience managing DNS and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
  • Working knowledge of CRM list queries and database segmentation logic
  • Background in supporting transactional emails and Mailgun setup
  • Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience collaborating with product, creative, and leadership teams
