Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key representative of the accounting team, overseeing third-party system initiatives
- Assist with annual financial audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of requested data
- Lead hiring, training, and evaluation of new accounting team members as needed
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in financial decision-making
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Night Audit, and Payroll, ensuring seamless administration
- Perform additional functions as required to support the hotel's financial operations
