Job Title: Senior Accountant
🔍 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits across multiple subsidiaries. 🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Create and maintain Excel-based ledger reconciliation worksheets using advanced functions
- Collaborate with independent auditors during annual financial audits
- Review financing contracts, lease agreements, and other documentation for accurate reporting
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to gather and verify financial data
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation
- Take on ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to company values
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000
