Senior Staff Accountant

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred)

· 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a law firm

· Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

· High integrity with confidential financial data

· Clear communicator who works well independently and in teams

Responsibilities:

· Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts

· Process accounts payable and client-related expenses

· Handle vendor and staff invoice inquiries

· Manage 1099 reporting and filings

· Maintain vendor records and support settlement payments

· Respond to tax notices and support year-end close

Benefits:

· $85K–$110K salary, based on experience
