Regional Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Have 5+ years of experience leading multiple restaurant locations
- Lead from the front and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed
- Know your way around labor planning, inventory, and financial controls
- Enjoy developing leaders and helping people grow
- Have experience opening new restaurants and setting them up for success
- Take pride in guest satisfaction and creating a positive work culture
- Are proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to own your region like it’s your own business
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Checking in on 6+ locations to ensure smooth shifts and standout guest experiences
- Coaching and supporting your GMs to hit their goals and grow as leaders
- Reviewing financials and helping teams dial in labor and food costs
- Overseeing new location launches — from hiring to opening day execution
- Creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and fun
- Working with leadership on strategies to grow the brand
Regional Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Have helped grow or transform a brand before
- Are comfortable working in both FOH and BOH environments
- Have led turnaround efforts or improved underperforming stores
- Are great at communicating across different teams and personalities
- Get fired up about team culture and creating places where people love to work and guests love to visit
