Kitchen Manager – Benefits & Compensation

Kitchen Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years as a KM in a high-volume, casual dining kitchen
- Strong with food & labor cost control (within 2% of target)
- Hands-on leader—on the line during peak, coaching in real time
- ServSafe certified (or able to get certified within 30 days)
- Confident with MS Office, POS systems, and BOH software
- Must be able to:
- Build accurate prep sheets and order guides
- Maintain brand standards and plate consistency
- Create daily specials and event menus
- Complete weekly inventories and manage variances
Kitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Culinary degree or ACF credentials
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with new store openings
- History of high health inspection scores (95+)
- Familiar with KDS systems and scratch kitchens
- Community involvement or local sourcing experience
